What payment methods are accepted?

We accept PayPal or credit card payments.

Pay with PayPal

When you place an order through Paypal, you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page, and you can confirm the payment by logging in using your PayPal username and password.

Pay with Credit Card

Even if you do not have a PayPal account, you can still checkout. To do this, click "Pay with debit/credit card" and you will be redirected to a secure page where you can enter credit card information or complete the payment securely via PayPal.

Note: Your order will be shipped to your PayPal address. Make sure you have selected or entered the correct shipping address.

2.RETURN POLICY

We(Rsgdolls®) hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy.

90 Days Guarantee

Thank you for shopping on Rsgdolls®.

Online purchases made through Rsgdolls® are returnable within 90 days from the delivered date.

Return shipping fees are at the customer's own expense.

All return items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and with all the original labels attached in original packaging. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.

We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first. Any addresses on the parcel are not approved as the return address. Returned packages without an authorized return address from customer service representatives will not be refunded. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned. Return shipping costs for the returned packages are non-refundable.

You can easily process a return, replacement, or exchange for a refund within 90 days of delivery. Return shipping at your own cost and the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted.

Note:

1.The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

2.Cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched is subject to a 15% cancellation charge.

3.Cancellation is not supported after an order has been placed.

Return Process:

Step 1: Please email our customer service representatives at service@rsgdolls.com to request the return.

Step 2: After receiving your email with the return request, our customer service representatives will send the return instructions back to you via email. Please follow the instructions to process the return.

Step 3: You will receive a refund within one week after we receive your package. We'll email you once processing your refund.

Cancellation Policy

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is confirmed canceled, you will get full refund. We process the refund action within 7 days.

We do not accept order cancellation request once the product is shipped out.

The number of day taken for refunds to be processed after the refund has been accepted: 7 days.

The following is the situation where the refund will be made:

Replacement: 90 days from the date of delivery, in a new state, no obvious wear. If the return is not covered by our warranty against manufacturing defects, and the return is not caused by our defect, the buyer may pay for the return.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the order you received, please contact us.

Please note: refunds only apply to brand new products and does not apply to:

1.Accidental damage
2.Improper care
3.Normal abrasion
4.Color and material decomposition due to exposure to sunlight
5.Changes after release

6.Products in contact with water will not accept returns/exchanges.

7.Daaged item/low quality

For the fastest resolution, please attach a photo to show the poor quality or damaged area of ​​the product. The best image is on a flat surface where labels and errors can be clearly seen.
